Name: Mangave 'Praying Hands'

• Type: Hybrid succulent plant.

• Parentage: Cross between Agave macroacantha and Manfreda maculosa.

• Appearance:

  • Leaves: Long, narrow, slightly curled, with a blue-green color and maroon spotting.

  • Form: Rosette growth, leaves arranged symmetrically, resembling clasped hands in prayer.

  • Size: Can grow up to 2 feet tall and wide.

• Care:

  • Low maintenance, tolerant of various growing conditions.

  • Light: Prefers full sun to partial shade.

  • Soil: Requires well-draining soil.

  • Water: Drought-tolerant, occasional watering beneficial during prolonged dry spells.

• Unique Characteristics:

  • Stays 10 inches tall and wide.

  • Dark green leaves curled upward in a tight rosette, similar to an artichoke.

  • Reddish-brown terminal spines nearly touching at the top.
