Hoodia Gordonii

$36.90

Hoodia gordonii is a fascinating succulent plant native to the arid regions of Southern Africa, particularly the Kalahari Desert. Its appearance is somewhat cactus-like, although it lacks the spines seen in true cacti. The flowers of Hoodia gordonii are one of its most distinctive features.

Its appearance is often likened to that of a cactus due to its thick, ribbed stems, although it lacks the spines typically found on cacti. The plant features small, scale-like leaves that are so reduced they often blend into the stems, appearing more like thorns.

Requires full sun to partial shade.Hoodia gordonii is extremely drought-tolerant. Water sparingly, allowing the soil to dry out completely between waterings.Plant in a well-draining cactus or succulent mix to prevent water retention around the roots.

The succulent plant housed in the red pot comes in a 130mm diameter container. While the image provides a representative depiction of what you will receive, but may vary slightly because no two succulents are the same.
