Euphorbia tithymaloides, commonly known as Devil's Backbone, Redbird Flower, or Zigzag Plant, is a distinctive and intriguing houseplant native to the tropical and subtropical regions of the Americas.

Growth Habit: Euphorbia tithymaloides typically grows as an upright shrub, reaching heights of 2 to 6 feet, depending on the growing conditions.

Leaf Characteristics: The leaves of Euphorbia tithymaloides are thick, fleshy, and dark green, with a slightly glossy appearance.

Flowers: This plant is well known for its small, tubular flowers that appear in the spring and summer. The flowers are often bright red or pink and emerge from unique, slipper-shaped bracts that are thought to resemble a redbird, hence another common name, Redbird Flower.

Indoor Decoration: Ideal for adding a tropical flair to indoor environments such as living rooms, sunrooms, or offices.

Landscaping: In warmer climates, it can be planted outdoors in garden beds or borders to create structural interest with its upright growth and zigzagging stems.
