Echeveria agavoides 'Lipstick' is an eye-catching succulent that derives its name from the vibrant red edges of its leaves, reminiscent of a bold lipstick.
Growth Habit: Echeveria 'Lipstick' forms neat, symmetrical rosettes that can grow up to 6 inches in diameter.
Leaf Characteristics: The leaves of 'Lipstick' are thick, pointed, and waxy, resembling the agave after which they are named. They are primarily a lush green color, with the vibrant red margins intensifying under stress, such as bright sunlight or slight water deprivation.
Flowers: During the spring and early summer, Echeveria 'Lipstick' sends up slender, arching flower stalks that bear clusters of pink to red flowers.
Container Gardening: Perfect for containers, especially in arrangements where its dramatic coloring can contrast with other succulents.
