Caring for grafted cacti is generally similar to caring for non-grafted cacti. They thrive in bright sunlight and require well-draining soil to prevent waterlogged roots.

The rootstock provides the scion with an established root system, allowing it to access water and nutrients more efficiently. This results in faster growth and potentially earlier blooming.
